TERMS of SERVICE
Non-negotiable, all rights to refuse requests are reserved
Payment and refunds
Payment will usually be upfront. However, if not preferable, payment is divided in half:50% will be upfront.The remaining 50% (100% of the price) must be paid once it is finished.Refunds will only be made if the agreed deadline is far overdue, otherwise all purchases are final.Refunds will also be made if the artist cannot complete the commission (I.e. for health or personal reasons).Partial refunds, following the above conditions, will be made based on progress.In general, there are no refunds.
revisions and time
Cost will depend on the amount of revisions made.I.e. Minor revisions are free. Revisions during the rendering stage will be $2-$5 depending on progress. Major revisions will be $10.In general,a commission can take a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity. A portrait or icon will take the shortest amount of time, but an estimated deadline will be discussed before payment.
